Maria was not present, only 2 male workers. I arrived for my appointment on time and had to wait over 90 minutes to be seen. No music no atmosphere just sitting and waiting. My feet were left soaking for way to long, water went cold whilst he finished nails on another customer. The manicure was done really well, he was very efficient and checked that I liked what he did. After the long soak pedicure the treatment was good. I paid via Treatwell but still had to pay an additional £5

Arrived and place was closed due to some ridiculous reason - ‘energy problem’. No clients had been told and phone not being answered. I begged and the poor chap did the job - rushed so hasn’t lasted at all.

Very friendly team and good job on the nails. However, they mentioned they don't see the Treatwell appointments come through so sometimes double book without knowing. Would be good if the team in the shop had access to that. I was lucky that my appointment was only 10 mins late. Next time I'll book via phone
