The one member of staff that was there had no idea that I had an appointment even though I had booked the previous day. I was then told to come back after an hour. When I came back, the member of staff did not acknowledge me or inform me that I would have to wait longer. After 30 minutes, I left as it had been an hour and a half after my appointment time and I was very unhappy with this service. The salon wasn’t very clean or inviting and I will not be attending again nor would I recommend.

Really friendly people who actually talk to you. My nails look lovely and I've had so many nice comments about them.Also, what you pay online is the final price, where so many others charge extra for shellac. Cheaper than elsewhere too. It was really refreshing and I've already booked in with them for next time. I would 100% recommend
