An amazing experience for a first time visit. I have quite tricky nails, short, bitten, tendency to bleed at cuticles and a challenge. Penny was professional, friendly, and welcoming. Both her and Catherine provided a wonderful, relaxing environment. Definitely recommend. Oh and the nails are fabulous
