It was my firstt time visiting the salon. An excellent friendly service was provided by staff during my visit. It is spotless and quiet quirky inside. I was so delighted with my hair that I have made an appointment for a cut/blow. I would highly recommend the salon.

I had a terrible wax, was patchy, rushed and was at best a bikini wax, not a Brazilian I Had paid for. Then I had a hurried dry cut which just hacked away at my hair meaning I had to get another cut a day later. It was an awful and upsetting experience. I also had to pay extra in cash as apparently my hair (above shoulder length) wasn’t considered medium which I had paid for already on treatwell

It was short notice when I booked my appointment, I was not overly impressed with the initial experience of being sanitised before going into the salon and having to have the soles of my shoes disinfected before being allowed into the shop, not had this done before and not sure if covid is carried on the sole of your shoes, but went along with the process, the removal of my shellac consisted of ripping tin foil up and covering soaked remover cotton pads, not very professional with the process, the ‘selection of colours’ was also not presented well, a mishmash all in a tray, that looked as if the lot should have been thrown out a long time ago, and told to pick a colour, have u ever tried picking bottles up with foil wrapped round your fingers, to be honest can’t go on with the review, just won’t be going back there.
