It was my first time and Jackie quickly settled my nerves, explained the procedure and made me feel comfortable. Despite a warning that it would hurt, Jackie was clearly an expert and the experience was much better than anticipated. My back looks and feels great and I am sticking to the post waxing advice I’ve been given- will definitely be a return customer!
