I arrived half an hour early, which I was fine to wait. The receptionist greeted me and told me to sit but I think they forgot about me because I waited an hour and a half to get started. I had to approach the nail tech Elena (who was great btw!) and tell her I have been waiting. No one apparently told her and they all thought I was just waiting for a different appointment. Other than that, my nails were beautiful. Would be best to communicate better in the salon.

Elena is an excellent manicurist. Very meticulous and thorough. My nails look completely different and so professionally done. Elena was super helpful in helping me choose a colour and explained cats eye technique with examples for me to make up my mind. Thanks You, Elena! I will definitely be coming back. The salon is cozy with stylish interior on the buzzing Lee High Road. Nice to see the road alive with such lively businesses.
