Kate, such a friendly, professional and gentle person. She knows her job very well and does it with passion. I was nervous about the pain that comes with waxing..but she calmed those fears and I totally had the 5star service. I am grateful.

This was my first appointment in almost a year and the first one with Katie. She made me feel so relaxed, she is so lovely and easy to talk to. Despite it being a while since my last, Katie is so proficient that it hardly hurt. The result is the best wax I’ve ever had!
