Tia is always welcoming and makes sure you're comfortable. Even ensuring I catch up on the latest film or series whilst doing my nails.
As for my nails, she is very thorough and pays attention to small details. She is also very patient, I've had a few smudges here and there, which she has fixed in no time without complaining.
Overall I'm very happy with the service provided.
