Arrived at 10 when my appointment was - shutter opened at 10:15. I said I had a pedicure and manicure with Danny, the guy shouted and said Danny doesn’t do pedicures. I said this was just who I was allocated - he said he won’t be able to do it and dismissed me. I said it’s for my honeymoon and I don’t mind who it’s with - he was getting annoyed as 2 of us turned up at 10am - he said they open at 10:15. Good result in the end but the attitude was really bad at the start and it was so awkward.
