Great experience. I described what I wanted over the phone to Sarah, who communicated it to Howard who carried it out perfectly. Then had a wonderful hair wash and head massage by the apprentice, and then it was blow dried quickly and beautifully by Adam. Great team and very relaxing afternoon!
