I wish HR Nail Bar can specify the names of the ladies who can do the services, and not just leave it as “Nail 1”, “Nai 2”, etc. Some of the nail techs are really friendly and some are not. During my mani sesh, I was with someone who wasn’t.

They did okay job on my nails and the experience was frustrating. They tried to charge an extra £5 for tips after the service and only accepted bank transfer which was very inconvenient. Poor transparency and attitude!

Overall place is nice and I’m well treated however I felt that the lady who did my nails weren’t paying attention to me. She kept looking elsewhere and resulted into very slanted one sided nails when I had asked for almond shape.
