It was my first visit to HR and I’ll definitely return. The salon is clean and modern with a relaxing view over the dock; the staff were absolutely lovely and my pedicure was excellent. Would recommend.

Little rushed. There were a lot of costumers, including drop ins, which made my entire experience feel less like a treat and more like a transaction. After my toes were done they were put under a blowdrier. My friend’s was hot, mine was cold, no one checked the temperature on either so not sure which was correct, and eventually we decided that our technicians were too busy with other customers and definitely not coming back, so we switched the machines off and saw ourselves out. No one blinked.

The pedicure was great and it’s wonderful to see the business so busy, however this does sadly sometimes leave one feeling like a bit of an inconvenience and/or forgotten about. But overall I would still always come back here!

2nd time with a really disappointing experience. 1st time, the lady who assisted me was very rude and the quality of my nails was very poor. 2nd time especially booked with the manager, however when i arrived he wasn’t there, & nails cut too short
