Unfortunately, the mixed reviews I've read online were right - just week after the gel manicure the nails started to chip and lift on majority of the nails needing a appointment sooner than expected.

The manicure is really nice. But I had to wait 45 minutes to start it, as they prioritised another customer that had an appointment 40 minutes after me and came earlier.

It was my first visit to HR and I’ll definitely return. The salon is clean and modern with a relaxing view over the dock; the staff were absolutely lovely and my pedicure was excellent. Would recommend.

Little rushed. There were a lot of costumers, including drop ins, which made my entire experience feel less like a treat and more like a transaction. After my toes were done they were put under a blowdrier. My friend’s was hot, mine was cold, no one checked the temperature on either so not sure which was correct, and eventually we decided that our technicians were too busy with other customers and definitely not coming back, so we switched the machines off and saw ourselves out. No one blinked.
