Beth is amazing, she puts me at ease every time I go and explains everything so clearly
I will never be booking with Beth again. I have used treatwell lots of times before and booked my wax in over a week ago and received both email and text confirmations of my booking. I turned up ready for my appointment on time to see a closed salon. I called Beth and got no response so I text her again and received a reply to say that she didn’t know anything about my booking. I tried to reschedule and got no reply. Awful service, I am very disappointed and will be taking my money elsewhere.
