Using a new salon due to my beauty therapist leaving - but Beth was great, super chatty and friendly, and made me feel totally at ease.
Beth was a great waxer, really friendly and made me feel comfortable. Very knowledgeable about everything too!
My appointment was 30 mins late. The room I was in wasn’t clean at all, there was dust and hair all over the floor and piled up in the corner. My therapist wasn’t presentable at all and didn’t ask me about any skin conditions/allergies before the treatment. Wasn’t offered a drink whilst waiting but when asked for a glass of water I got one. After the massage ended I had to prompt the therapist to give me recommendations and wasn’t offered a glass of water. The massage itself was relaxing and I do feel better but a more relaxing experience was needed.
I was worried in case my acne triggered off again but it hasn't. Ever since having the first treatment I have found that the extremely thick beard hairs I had haven't cone back. Absolutely amazing treatment!
