Pre COVID19 I had multiple appointments cancelled because this company sent their machine away to their other Salon in Manchester but told me the machine had broken. Seems like they are more bothered about getting people’s money than providing a service. Hopefully I will be able to claim all of the sessions I have paid for once COVID-19 is over
