The salon was very busy and I felt as if my treatment was rushed.
The end result was okay, but I do not feel as if I got my money’s worth. Nevertheless, the staff were quite friendly.

Booked three days before but turned up and they realised they hadn’t seen my online booking. They did manage to fit me in but it felt rushed and I had a wash and hair cut in 12 mins, no offer of a drink, no head massage when washing my hair, it all felt really rushed and I felt a bit uncomfortable like I was eating into their break time before the next appt. The cut was fine but didn’t feel like it was a special experience having my haircut, so unfortunately won’t be going back, a real shame!
