I had my treatment last Saturday and when I called to inform them that I am on my way and will be 10 minutes because of traffic the lady on the phone said that they have another treatment booked after 45 minutes and they may not be able to take me in a very cold tone, I told her that I booked and paid for the “long hair blow dry” so they should have allowed more time to the treatment (most salons would allow 15 mins of being late at least) however she was a bit rude and made me feel rather uncomfortable. I arrived to the salon at 12:10 pm exactly and really felt uncomfortable, unwelcomed and rushed. They need to be more flexible with customers as 10 mins is really not that late to make a customer feel so uncomfortable about. Definitely won’t be going there again.
