The member of staff who was going to pierce my ears was not even there so I left without getting my ears pierced. I was not happy as I had wasted one hour waiting for them to turn up-which they did not.

I paid 100 pounds for an 1h-long massage, but when I came in it started 15 min later and ended 15 min earlier, so I want my money back for those 30 min. Not to mention that the quality was very poor and amateur, and the location was very unpleasant- at the bottom of the tourist shop. There wasn’t a separate room either, it was just covered from the nail salon by a small partition. The biggest rip-off I’ve ever had...

Horrible and unhygienic. there was only one staff member there and was clearly under a lot of pressure.
there were previous clients exposed waxed strips everywhere. The aesthetician didn't change the wooden stick to apply wax from a previous customer(s) and I had to ask her to change that - this I'm sure is a serious violation.
the job was rushed and i had to tell her many times that she didn't take out all the hair as she just wanted me out.
