Very nice girls at the salon. But I don't think I'd go here for a wax again, it didn't seem to be something they were competent at. It was quite haphazard. Hopefully with more practice things will improve :)

When I arrived, there was no one. I’m guessing the owner of the place, came down about fifteen minutes later, speaking on the phone and it seemed to be a personal call. I was told by someone nearby, when I was still waiting, that you need to call before coming even if the appointment is scheduled. She proceeded to wash my hair and while still on her phone, so not focused. She then put something on my hair and made me wait on a chair for about an hour while she was doing her friend’s hair and makeup. I then asked when I would get my hair cut and she said the treatment takes a while. She was really not paying attention because she didn’t care to ask why I was here and that I wasn’t here for a treatment. Although my hair is a lot shorter now, the blow dry took way too long. All of this made me late to my next appointment.

Was in shock when I arrived! This is a souvenir/luggage/all things shop with a basement “salon”. It really doesn’t inspire any trust or confidence, I left before anyone could touch my skin after being sat waiting and reading the reviews of this place. How is this place even allowed to do such delicate beauty treatments?? AVOID!
