It’s underneath a souvenir shop. Lady did not turn up for treatment. Currently waiting for a response from treatwell as I have asked for a refund. Wish I had read the reviews before booking and paying in advance. Avoid!

awful experience. I did the bikini, half leg and underarms (not too difficult) the estetician was 20 minutes late and instead of 15 minutes' work it took her 1 hour and half, she was clearly ineficient. At some point she left without finishing, I had to open the door naked to call her back. finally, she burnt me! unprofessional , the job was really poor as I still have so many hair left! 65£ for that!

I am very confused as to how this place actually operates and is on Treatwell.
I walked in at 18:15, my appointment was supposed to be at 18:30 so I though I would just wait for a bit but they weren’t even aware I had a appointment, I was told to leave and come back at 18:30.
Came back at 18:30 on the dot and
They sat me on a chair with a dirty towels and have been ignoring me since I came back, it is now 18:52.
Ok so a lady asked me to pick the polish, and got started. Worst manicure ever, I took photos which I will be sending to Treatwell. Absolutely terrible. I got home removed the polish and did it myself. What a waist of money.

This was an awful experience. I turned up at the correct time and waited 20 minutes and no one turned up.
Luckily I used the pay with cash payment method instead of paying in advance!
