Would give 0 stars if possible, she was 1 hour and 40 minutes late, didn't have the faintest clue about how to wax properly was peeling it in the complete wrong directions and caused so much pain and I've been getting waxed for years, not to mention the acrylic nails that were stabbing into my skin, most horrendous wax I've ever had
