The worst experience i have ever had.
Firstly, you cannot find the salon easily. You have to go through a souvenir shop and down the stairs. Then when you get there it is small and not welcoming.
The wax itself was awful, i had to ask her to stop because she was not pulling the wax off quick enough as it had gone so hard (i think she used the wrong wax) so she had at least 4/5 tries on each section of trying to pull the wax off. Extremely painful. It got to the point where i had to ask her to stop (half way through) and leave the shop.
A big waste of money and time and a very painful experience.
PS - I know waxes are not comfortable or enjoyable, but this physically hurt, not like any other wax i've ever had.

Huda salon in Knightsbridge are not trained. See all reviews. They are not qualified at all. My haircut is not cut ok at all, different lengths and was not even asked how I want it cut. It is all uneven. Worst experiences ever. They did not know how to hold scissors and I had to tell them what to do. She could not even wash my hair. Was on her phone always therefore my eyes were soaked with shampoo and the water was all down my back. I came out with wet hair that I could have cut myself. Wax was stuck on my body for ages. Hair that she did not wax off. She used her nails and the facial peel mask was still left on my face. The steam was too far from my face so bad no effect. The owner was rude and speaking in her own language. She did not know anything about the packages. I had thought that it would be ok because of the location and also as I had mistook it to be the beauty blogger called Huda Beauty from Dubai. My fault for not reading the bad reviews. I need to pay to get my hair fixed as it is unacceptable.
