This is my second time here, I came back because it was great the first time. However this time I was honestly disappointed.
The lady rushed everything. She literally tried to get rid of me. Because there were other customers waiting. And they only have one wax room.
Once finishing off my back, she goes "okay you're done" but she didn't even do my front (I went for a full body wax).
I, then had to point out the obvious hair that could be clearly seen. She kept saying she can't wax them off.
I'm angry and annoyed that the money went to waste.

The location was odd (downstairs of a souvenir shop...) but the lady who completed the waxing was kind, efficient and gentle.
