So the lady was sweet but a little unprofessional. She spent the entire time talking to her friend and she kept pulling my hair and the threading was a huge mess. She actually thread some of my eyelashes because she wasn’t paying attention. The blow dry turned out great so no complaints with the results but the actual service was terrible. The location is good but the actual parlour is in a shady basement - very hard to locate & not very clean and hygienic The bathroom was horrible and she made me wait 45 minutes. She wasn’t the best but was actually sweet in the 2 minutes she spoke to me when her friend was busy on her phone lol.

The piercing didn’t happen. The technician did not have the correct earrings. She attempted with the wrong kind (without telling me) and ended up bruising my ear.

Had the best time ! The owner is lovely and super funny ! The salon feels like home with a touch of girly ! Loved the vibe and my haircut is the best I had In awhile
