I booked via treatwell at 10.30am, arrived at 10.25am. The lady asked me to sit and at 10.30am told me if it’s ok with me to have the appointment at 11am! “No!!!” And I left.... booked somewhere else the next day. I’m booking so I can manage my time between work and kids... 30min late mess up the whole day.
