My eyebrows are a little uneven and way too dark for my skin type. The area around my eyebrows is inflamed and there are spots around the waxed area. They insisted on a patch test 48hrs before but no one asked or checked if there was any reaction before starting. The therapist did not explain what she was doing as she went along and though polite wasn’t friendly.
I have to say that when asked if it was ok I said yes, I should have raised my issues before leaving.
