The massage was lovely and the massage therapist listened to my problems and recommended the most suitable massage methods which was great and shows how knowledgeable the staff are. The road outside is a bit noisy which can interfere with the calming atmosphere but obviously that is beyond their control. Everyone was friendly and overall great value for money
