My visit and experience was lovely, the venue is really cute and niche and I was treated really well as a customer. Unfortunately although initially the results were good, after a few days the lashes were not really lifted and essentially I just had a tint despite following after care rules. As I was offered a follow up, in case of this I got in touch by email and phone but no response. So despite enjoying the treatment I can't say it was good value as I basically paid a for a few days results when it should last weeks.

Hands down the best wax and the best salon in London!! Not only was this the most thorough wax and amazing attention to detail, MUMMA Hula is the most amazing person ever! I was told that at Hula they refer to clients as friends... but never expected to leave feeling like I’d just been for a catch up with my bestie! Never going anywhere else now! And the salon is STUNNING! 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡
