The treatment was lovely, the therapists were lovely, but the facilities were awful. The relaxation room had the big light on (no lamps or twinkly lights), no comfy cosy seating area, no water, it had a desk and files, and a telephone ringing, if had a nail bar in it - it was so far from relaxing I might as well have been at home! Not to mention we didn't get"use of the facilities because the relaxation room was locked, and we never came across the sauna, but even if we did we had to be out of our room at 11, our treatments were at 10, so we couldn't even have a nice private shower after our treatments never mind after a sauna session too. (A few years ago I came and it was the total opposite).the treatment room it's self was a bit chilly, the black out blind kept blowing in the wind, again no warm cosy lighting, the bed was uncomfortable, and all I could hear was the cleaners. The therapist was late for every appointment from the Friday to the Saturday which was annoying too. On a whole, I don't think I would come again, and a lot of work needs doing to make the relaxation room relaxing.

my partner susan was like me and said that the staff was lovely and freindly and she was so relaxed after the treatment we didnt want to leave the hotel as we would of had more treatment she would give a score of 100% too we will be booking up to do it all again soon .

lovely freindly staff i loved the massage i would book up to come again and have the same treatment all over again i felt so relaxed you couldnt ask for more overall i score this place 100% i really would
