relaxing , professional and friendly, just what I needed

The treatment overall was nice but could have been amazing with a few extra touches - e.g. Asking how the pressure was, describing the treatments uses after and popping back in the relaxation room to see if there was anything I needed (I actually wanted to buy a product but there was nobody around!)
The carpet on the floor (which I was looking at during the back massage) could have done with a hoover and being on the bed next to the window there was a few cracks of additional light let in. I was appreciative that we were in a hotel but the constant bang of the fire door was disturbing.
The overall reason why I was disappointed was that I booked and paid for an hour and 20 minutes when the treatment lasted less than 60.
