We had a great time. The ladies were so friendly and we're full of knowledge about the treatments. They are very experienced.

What an absolutely beautiful hotel with an amazing view and such wonderful, polite and friendly staff!! Both my wife and I had a wonderful time. The hotel was booked as a birthday present for my wife by her best friend (Barbara, whose name the booking was under) and both treatments were wonderful. I work in hospitality and if I could take the staff to work for me I would!! I cannot praise them enough!
The only negative thing I can say isn't even about the hotel or its staff. It's about a couple of guests that kept staring at myself and my wife, both at dinner and at breakfast. They were of the older generation and I don't know if they weren't used to Asian people or not but it did make us feel a little uncomfortable but not enough to spoil our time. You can't control others opinions is what I say and we just ignored them!
Overall I'm happy to say that when we decide to do something like this again in the future, I won't think twice about considering yourselves as a go to for a lovely getaway weekend!! Please pass on our comments to the staff (in the spa too)!

Really enjoyed the experience, had the back, neck and shoulder massage and facial. Beth made me really welcome and explained everything thoroughly. Will certainly be booking again.
