we were bought the spa experience and afternoon tea as a gift, we were however slightly disappointed there was no pool or Jacuzzi, hot tub etc, only a gym and sauna which equates very loosely to a 'spa experience'! However, we were very pleased with our treatment and all the staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Special thanks to the lady on the bar who was especially lovely that day for retrieving my wallet after I left it on the bar! especially when she was so busy!

I bought a voucher for me and my friend for her birthday and it was the best thing I did. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lunch was amazing. The only downside which was probably my fault for not looking into was that the voucher stated that there was a pool and that we would be entitled to a glass of wine with out lunch but there wasn't a pool and we didn't get the glass of wine. However for the price I paid the experience was fantastic and would go again.

An excellent massage from Toni, who made you feel relaxed and at ease right from the start. She has healing hands - I'll definitely be back for more, thank you so much. A little disappointed there wasn't a steam room along with a sauna, but more than satisfied with the sauna which was spotless, and very well maintained. Charming staff who couldn't do enough. Thank you for making the Spa Experience such a pleasant one.
