The treatment itself was fantastic but the set up didn't work. Just hotel rooms converted to spa facilities. Nothing flowed, sauna on floor below, showers on the floor below and down a corridor. No slippers available. Seating area just like a waiting room not really a relaxation suite. Have been to better spa set ups. Spa just felt like an after thought.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our spa treatment it did us both the world of good . The afternoon tea was lovely and the staff couldn't do enough for us . Overall we had a great time .
