the girl who did the massage was very good. No complaints at all with that at all. The layout of the spa is a little strange having to walk through the hotel corridor in robes from the relaxation room to the treatment room but this is not fault of the spa itself. The main issue was the lack of pool as this was not explained upon booking. A steam room would have also been nice.

The therapist was amazing - it was one of the best massages I have had. Mt rating was affected by the fact the massage was only 30 minutes long, not 40 - presumably to make up for the delay caused by the incident on the Humber bridge
