Treatment great. Room lovely just the guidance in what to do was not brilliant and it seemed like the relaxation room was quite small for sharing with a hen party.

Honestly m, this is a dated hotel which has tried to fit a 'spa' in, but really it's just a couple of odd bedrooms and a treatment couch... the 'relaxation room' was by no means relaxing when there a staff member sat on her computer and the room as before is just another odd old bedroom. Sauna was cold... just rubbish. I wish I hadn't wasted my money.

I had an Indian massage and 30 min facial which were both excellent, the therapist was brilliant. I felt really at ease and relaxed. Will definitely be coming back! X

It was my second visit , I was hoping to get into a routine and continue with other treatments.
The overall massage and therapist were ok.
The service was poor I felt , it was very busy , booked up I was told.
The receptionist took payment as soon as I arrived , a bit off putting , did they think I would leave without paying and was distracted from me as soon as I paid , seeing the next person . I had to ask and wait again for where to go next.
The treatment was ok but certainly felt a bit rushed , I was late going in to the treatment room and I was dressed and back in my car in 40 minutes, the treatment itself should have taken 40 minutes.
I was left to sort myself and and because I'd already paid had decided I wouldn't make a follow up appointment. I will find somewhere else.
Not a relaxing experience for me at all .
