Arrived at reception with a friend and booked in. Had to ask where to go and what the procedure was. Were given robes/slippers and no towels, my friend had to ask a cleaner for towels. When we got to changing rooms a notice said we had to pay £5 deposit for a locker key so back to reception for a key which did not fit. Changing rooms were dirty with cobwebs on the walls, showers didn't work properly and dirty toilets. We had a sauna and then tried to find relaxation room. After finding it there was only a jug of water in the room for a drink, no music at all with no calming atmosphere. We had lunch which took quite a while and were told that the beauticians would come and find us for our treatments at 1pm hence this did not happen they were waiting for us which obviously made us late as we had to get changed back into our robes again.
The treatment which we had facial/back massage was very good which was the only thing about the whole
experience that was.
After having said that I would definitely not go back again and would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

When we arrived we were given robes and slippers by the receptionist and told where to go. On entering the changing room the lockers needed keys which according to sign was £5 refundable on return. Back to reception, no fee needed but no apology, 15 lockers and one key was unnumbered.... guess work required. We used the sauna, had lunch which took forever to arrive, soup and sandwich together !!!! Told reception we were running a bit late she said it was ok as therapists were too. She never told us to be in our robes and slippers in relaxation area at allotted time therefore we were still fully dressed. Advised Elemis lady that they need to do a letter advising of procedure. Shambles springs to mind. On a plus note treatments were great, felt relaxed afterwards
