The treatments theirselves were perfect, couldn't have asked for any better. However everything else about the venue was simply average. The facilities were all very spaced out and we were not informed by any staff of where everything was located, just sort of left to figure it out. We were also not consulted regarding the afternoon tea and had to return to reception part way through our visit to enquire about this. Staff were friendly but perhaps not as informative as you would expect when paying for a quality Service. I would return for the massage service however this is not my idea of a pamper/spa day.

I went to the Spa with my daughter. This was a treat for Mother's Day and it was lovely. We have now been several times and we love it. The staff are very friendly and look after you well. We always go for a facial, because we find it so relaxing. However, this time we went for a massage and facial, two hours of bliss. You start off in the relaxation room, with dimmed lights and very relaxing music being played. The Spa use Elemis products which are really nice on your face and body. We will certainly be going back, they also send emails to you with offers. How good is that. The only thing I would comment about which is a little thing, is the bathrobes need to come in two sizes. Excellent value and easy to get to.

And treatments were very nice and relaxing. I would definitely recommend and I will be going again.
