There was noise outside the room from other residents which spoilt the ambience a little.

we came as a group of six women to celebrate birthdays the package we chose was excellent and included our treatment I had a full stone body massage it was excellent and very relaxing one of the best I have had and I have had a few I would like to say thank you for all six of us we all said how good it was so good we are planning another weekend at the Hallmark Hotel and Spa a big Thank You from the Loose Women ( Hilary Dale) and friends

Treatments are provided in what was previously a bedroom. Told to pay prior to treatment which is not welcoming. Overall felt like a production run, booked a neck and shoulder massage but given a back massage which was not very good anyway. Not offered the coffee and snack which was part of the package.
