Excellent value for money with the beauty treatments, staff were excellent - we had lunch too, food was lovely - all the staff in the bar very helpful - would and have recommended everything

I thoroughly enjoyed my facial, my skin feels great. The relaxing scalp and shoulder massage during the treatment was lovely and Noorjahan my therapist managed to fix my very painful shoulder which now feels much better.
The relaxation room could possibly need checking more regularly as there were no empty glasses to help yourself to water but aside from that, it was a lovely experience. Thank you.

Facial and pedicure were excellent, very relaxing. Facial also included neck, shoulders and head massage, a real bonus.
Facilities - no robes available on arrival at hotel reception. Relaxation room was still locked and very cold as window was wide open. Water was brought to room a few minutes later. As the appt. Was pre booked I would have expected room to be ready as we only arrived 10 mins before appointment.
