Beauty therapy staff wee faultless. Enjoyed every second of our massage.
Front of house staff however were a little disappointing.
Bar was empty had to ask at reception twice for a member of staff to serves us. And our afternoon tea was late we had to ask for that also but other than that it was a nice relaxing stay.

Myself, my mum and sister all attended the hallmark, hull on Friday 16th match for a spa day celebrating my mums 60th! Just want to say how lovely it was and we all had a fab time! Danielle and Shabs who did our treatments were really friendly and professional and made us feel relaxed on arrival! We also went for afternoon tea after our treatments and thoroughly enjoyed the menu, the service we received from Leanne bar staff was excellent, she was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble, would defiantly return, thanks for a lovely day! X
