The staff were lovely but I was very disappointed with my makeover, I must admit I have exceptionally high standards and just felt the end result was not what I wanted more so I had taken a picture of what I wanted and the result was not the same inThe slightest,I ended up removing the make up on leaving,I do feel that the lady who dealt with me was lovely and her strengths lie in other areas not in make up applications.
This is not a proper spa and the treatment rooms are mixed in among guest bedrooms. While I was having my facial the cleaner was hovering outside so it was not a relaxing experience like it should have been. I was very disappointed as it was a treat for my daughters birthday

My friend and I visited the spa on a Groupon deal which was excellent value for money. I had a body scrub, facial and my toenails painted. The therapist Rachel was really lovely and friendly and I felt totally relaxed during my time there - there was no rushing as with some venues. Highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly and treatments were so relaxing .I booked my daughter in for a surprise 16th birthday treat.She was having an hour facial and 25 minute neck shoulder n back massage which they came in for her at 11.03 and she was back in the relaxation room by 12.15.It cost me £55 as the facial was on the offer but I still expect to get the time stated on the website when I booked it.

apart from the 'spa' being spread over different floors, it was a good experience. massage was excellent.
