The staff though are great which makes up for a lot

The pregnancy massage I had was divine!! So relaxing and comfortable. The oil used smelt amazing and even the next day my muscles felt great and skin felt great. The area in which youngest for the massage, the 'relaxation suite' was lovely with comfortable seating, ambient lighting and relaxing music. I was on my own and maybe would have benefited from some magazines etc in the room. The only thing I could say to improve on is that I had no idea that everyone wore the robe and slippers from their room to the appointment and to the relaxation suite. Looking back it would appear the robe and slippers were left in my room because I had a treatment booked however I hadn't realised this and turned up for my massage dressed in my clothes while everyone else was in the robe. I felt a bit of a wally but to be fair it would have been worse had it been the other way around :) it did not spoil my experience at all and the staff made me feel perfectly comfortable about it. I would definitely return to this spa and recommend it to friends.
It was for my sisters 21st birthday. We qas really happy with it. Would of been nice to be in same room as each other. And we booked the same treatment but different therapists did things differently. Im a beauty therapist and everyone should do same treatment down to every movement but did enjoy it

Very welcoming from Reception to Beauty Suite.
Very small (1size) robes. We are not all one size, sadly!
Relaxation Room very dark and extremely hot, could have done with someone showing us in and asking if we wanted these things altered / a glass of water. Couldn't tell if glasses there were clean glasses or used.
Beauticians lovely girls and proficient in the treatments we chose. Very polite.
I enjoyed the two treatments and thought they were good value at £37:50 for 50 mins, plus a glass of Prosecco afterwards. The advertised accompanying chocolate dipped strawberries were sold out!
