Stephanie was lovely and gave the best facial I've ever had. The afternoon tea was lovely too. The biggest disappointment was how it didn't feel like a spa but the facilities felt like an after thought and where mixed in between the bedrooms. This left us walking around corridors in our dressing gown! There was no pool and no steam room. I brought my bikini but sadly didn't need it.

I have two treatments now, one facial and one back massage and express facial and both wonderfully relaxing. Have recommended to friends as the offers are great and convenient as it's close to home.
