Massage and facial were very good, very relaxing. Therapist was friendly and professional. The changing area was very cold and didn't smell good. Relaxation area - seating hard, not very comfortable
I was quite disappointed on the day if I'm honest.
I had booked for myself, mum and sister to have a pamper day and originally booked for 2 x 25 min treatments each followed by afternoon tea. We where told a few days after booking that there was only going to be one therapist working and so we decided to just have one treatment each otherwise it was going to take a 3 hours to get through us all plus they don't have a pool at this Hallmark hotel and my mum doesn't like using saunas so there would have been quite a lot of hanging around.
It came apparent that on the day there was actually two therapists working and the hotel knowing why we decided for just one treatment, didn't bother to inform us of this so by the the time the day came it was too late for us to to change our mind no back to having two treatments each and therefore our experience there was quite a swift and didn't feel like we got a very relaxing one. I work in hospitality my self so know that experience and service is everything to want to return. The therapist was very good however.
Afternoon tea was fine, scones a bit flat and hard and coffee could have done to be served hotter.
mixed experience
I came with a friend and her experience was mixed. The facial was good but after two attempt her nails really needed doing again.
I only had the nail polish and my beautician did a great job.
So depends who gives the treatment.
