The massages were excellent. Cleaners hoovering outside the relaxation room and therapy rooms did spoil the relaxing ambiance a little. Afternoon tea was nice, but important to check if guests are vegetarian. Worth another visit because of excellent massage.
This was a one day offer for a 55 minute Pedicure. The value for money was excellent and my therapist Steph was a real credit to the Hallmark. Very friendly, professional and skilled as a pedicurist. I would make a point of asking for her again for future treatments.
Such a relaxing day and half. The hotel is very well located. The facilities are well taken care of and very comfortable. The room specially the toilet could do with a bit more of cleanliness, the bathtub rug needed an obvious replacement. Thanks staff were mostly very polite and helpful specially the reception and the lady responsible for mine and my partner's treatment. Restaurant staff were swift and professional just for one young man who needs probably a bit more experience as instead of greeting me and my partner when we walked in for dinner, made eye contact and then walked away just to be told by a colleague seconds after to come and welcome us in.
In general we are both very pleased by our stay. There was a wedding reception going on at the time of our check-in which we barely noticed because of the place being well managed and organised. Will definitely be going back!

Lovely place, staff in the hotel as well as the beauty parlour were all very polite and friendly. Great to go on your own or as a girly pamper morning/afternoon. Treatments was perfect. Thank you
