Absolutely wonderful and relaxing facial would defiantly recommend to,my friends and excellent value for money. Also I purchased a product which was used during my facial which was very helpful saved me having to order this online.
A pleasant experience...the therapist was competent at what she did. I went in on a very good offer on an Elemis Skin Specifics Facial...absolutely gutted that this facial no longer includes facial, eye and hand and arm massage. Therefore, there is no way that I would pay for this at full price. Being offered a glass of water at the end of the treatment would of being appreciated too.

The Spa day was absolutely wonderful. My friend Sue and I had 6 hours of total relaxation with excellent treatments, chilled out in the relation room and finished with a sauna. The therapists were very friendly and professional. We ended the day with a late lunch (of a Fish Sharing Platter) outside on the hotel patio, overlooking the Humber Bridge, on lovely sunny day. It was a real treat for us.
Lovely relaxing afternoon. Treatments were good and staff friendly and professional.
Would have been better without the corridor being hoovered just outside the door followed five minutes later by grass cutter outside the window.
