Massage was really good, as was the treatment room.
The locations of the check in facility, treatment room, relaxation room and changing room let down the overall experience as they are all separate - on different floors/levels. More importantly, they are set alongside business meeting rooms and guest bedrooms which is rather awkward when meeting in corridors in a robe and slippers!
I would be happy to discuss in more detail with the venue.

Firstly - the treatment was excellent and the customer service too.
However, I wasn;t impressed with the' spa logistics' and changing facilities and think this needs to be addressed. Would be happy to give suggestions on request if it helps.

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel, lovely clean rooms, food and dining was amazing. The spa is a little unconventional being split over a couple of floors but the treatments were fabulous and therapists were lovely.
The value for money, staff, food and rooms were perfect 5*. Our only comment was that the Relaxation Suite, Beauty Rooms, Fitness Suite and Sauna could have been located in one place and that would have been perfect. Recommended to family and friends and will definitely book again,
