Lovely lady, incredibly friendly and diligent - nails look really strong. The room was too warm though and lacked air and any natural light.

We thought we were going to a spa, although there is in fact no spa, just a treatment room and a sauna, and the sauna is a little walk away, through the hotel. The treatment itself was fantastic, the therapist asked me what I wanted and did exactly that. Best massage I’ve had.
