This is the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon! I had to stop half way through my acrylics and ask to remove them instead

This place has cats living there, it is not sanitary and smells like a litter box. Eleonora came in from smoking outside and immediately tried to touch my face without washing her cigarette hands. I had to ask her to wash them. I sat there for 15 mins while she said she was preparing and then after making me wait she told me she’s never done an eyebrow wax and dye before so she can’t do the treatment. This place should be taken off Treatwell in my opinion.
