The lady was pleasant enough. The shellac manicure was really terrible. There was a bulb missing from the machine. She had to re-do two of my nails twice. She did such a poor job of the shellac that she glued my nail and skin together. In the end I had to leave- my nails looked pretty bad- they lasted for a few days. The shellac peeled back where it hadn't been done properly. Unfortunately, a very bad shellac.

Nice & clean with plenty of space (a lot of places are cramped & dark). Seemed almost clinical, which I like. Wax was done quickly & expertly. The only small complaint is that a tiny patch of hair was missed which I didn't notice until I was home.

The best experience I have ever had at a hair salon. Emma was amazing with my hair, was very honest and gave great advice and tips. All the staff were extremely friendly. I will definitely make this my go to place and recommend it to everyone. Fantastic place.
